MS Paint Layout tutorial
...added on the 9th February, 2007.

Click on the images to see the full sized versions.

Firstly, I will start with the image below. I changed the attributes of the image by clicking on "image" and then "attributes". I increased the attributes by 100 pixels each.

Next, I added a border using the line tool.

Next, using the "select" tool, I selected the area that I wanted to be my blog box.

I copied it by pressing ctrl + c.
Next, I opened up Microsoft Word.

I pasted the image into Microsoft Word by pressing Ctrl + p.
The image may be larger than the orginal, and we don't this - if it isn't larger, then lucky you!

When you paste the image into Word, the picture toolbar should appear, if it doesn't, or you accidenlty close it, then right click on your picture, and click on show picture toolbar.

Next, increase the brightness (see the arrow in the image below).

Now, if your image has randomly enlarged itself, press Ctrl + a, and then Ctrl + c, and for some odd reason, when you paste it into MS Paint again, it resizes back to normal.

If it hasn't resized, just do the same step as above.

Now go back to MS Paint, and press Ctrl + p to paste it back into the image. You might want to zoom in as far as you can before pasting it, so as you can align it perfectly. Next, add a border to the blog using the line tool.

Lastly, I added some text in the top right corner. I deleted the background, too.

Lastly, I replaced the border where it was deleted for the text I entered.

Here is the finished product ;
